Check in was rough. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. We returned to the desk and waited 25 to get a new room. They questioned us repeatedly if the room was really not cleaned. At the desk, they continued to give new guests rooms while we awaited our room. Several staff members were not friendly. I chose this hotel because of the high customer rating but found it to be below standard.

Airport Access provided

We stayed the evening prior to an 8 am flight. Although it wasn't safe to walk to the airport, without crossing major highways, The hotel provided a reliable shuttle, we got there after a 5 min. ride, by 5:45 am. Perfect for our needs.
