Our room was perfect, clean and very comfortable. The coffee bar was excellent and the breakfast looked great. We would have eaten there, but we had a breakfast event to attend. Most importantly, the service was excellent!

Thankfully the actual stay was a lot better than the check in. Once we were finally able to get to our room, it was very nice. Clean, spacious & shockingly enough with actual room cleaning each day! Breakfast area & lobby are really nice. Clean & comfortable. I would have given this hotel a 5 star with the exception of the people at the front desk. The guy who was there as we were leaving was fine. But the younger girl at the front desk when we were trying to check in was a NIGHTMARE! I was really questioning our decision to stay in Brevard when we first got there because of how awful she was. Thankfully the rest of the stay and the town were very nice. I had to wait at the front desk for 15-20 minutes before she shows up. Then she comes down the elevator. Sees me standing there & says nothing to me. I didn't think she was an employee because she looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Hair up, no makeup, baggy clothes. Looked like she was wearing pajama pants! And didn't address me at all. Finally comes around the desk & says, "Name". Not welcome. Thanks for waiting. Nothing but "Name" and then upon getting me checked in, she goes outside to get on her phone and was rude when I came out looking for my husband who was tired of waiting & had gone to the car. I was pretty much fuming by now. So, as long as you don't get her, I would say this is a great place to stay.

Probably the nicest place to stay in Brevard. It’s clean and new, but it’s not exactly a resort. The staff aren’t really very friendly. They usually don’t even bother to look up when you walk by the front desk. They also shut down the automatic pancake machine before the scheduled ending time for complimentary breakfast. Not sure who thought that would be okay, but it’s not.
