Our stay was excellent, but it started off very rocky. Check-in was at 3pm. We arrived at 4:10pm and were told our room was not ready and to leave and come back later. We chose to wait in the lobby since we had already been into town walking around for a couple of hours. At 5 pm, our room was still not ready. A manager was working on it, but I finally had to be more forceful than I wanted to be. I found out there were rooms available, just not the room we were assigned. I finally requested that they move us to a similar room which immediately solved the problem. I don't know why we weren't given that option at the beginning.

The fie pit out by the pool requires some maintenance as does one of the elevators. I got the feeling that fixing these was not a priority, but we really were looking forward to the fire pit in the evenings, and having half of the elevators not working slowed down ealy morning traffic to breakfast noticeably.

Our stay was good, the shower seemed to waist a lot of water at the spigot causing low pressure , breakfast was good, overall this would be a good place to stay near downtown and restaurants

The room was nice, the area great, but there was two ladies working and while I was checking in they started to bicker/fight right in front of me. It was very uncomfortable. Overall it was was a good stay just the beginning was a little awkward.

Well maintained property. I could be in the breakfast area at 5am reading and getting ready for the day and it was peaceful, clean and appropriately lighted. Great homebase for touring nearby waterfalls and parks or the Brevard historic district.

I like everything about the hotel, but using the address of “old Hendersonville Road” makes the hotel hard to find. The Big outdoor hotel sign is on the opposite side. There’s a very tiny sign on the Hendersonville Road with the name of the hotel.
