Our stay was perfect from the service at the front desk from Tammie to the spacious, clean and comfortable room. We were using this a stop over on the way to Hilton Head. Will definitely do this again!

Hotel itself is great but the staff doesn’t care

The hotel itself was great. No complaints with the room or anything but the front desk staff definitely left me angry and feeling like I didn’t matter even though what I was reporting to them was also in the hotel’s best interest cause people weren’t following safety rules. I went to the front desk to complain about a bunch of unattended kids at the indoor pool who were doing things where someone easily could’ve gotten hurt such as using the handicap pool chair as a diving board and almost jumping on top of my husband holding my baby and throwing a football all over and almost hitting us and one shoved my daughter but when the front desk staff was approached by the mom of the boys they never showed her the security camera footage to back up what I was reporting and so she could see how bad it was and so the mom thought I was in the wrong cause “boys will be boys” and to make matters worse those boys made a mess running from the indoor pool to the gym and still the staff praised that mom about how polite her kids were cause when the manager approached them they turned it around real quick, making me look like an absolute liar. I just wish they would’ve showed that mom the hotel camera footage of their rambunctious behavior to back me up but I’m the one who ended up looking bad. Still not happy at all.
