Luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1800 square foot loft with 20 foot ceilings in a fully restored historic building in the heart of Asheville will take you to another place in time representative of the progressive age of America while enjoying the modern amenities of today.
Previous owner is a well known Asheville artist Eli Corbin and many of her works remain on display throughout the condo along with art and artifacts procured from around the world.
The condo is situated between a Lexington and Church in the center of downtown. One block from Vance Plaza across from which Is Asheville’s famous Pack Square with weekend concerts.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
This smoke-free condo features a stereo, books, and ecotours nearby. Recreational activities include hiking/biking trails nearby and rafting nearby.

The apartment was so lovely and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable which was welcome since alot of people have trouble sleeping when away from home. The parking tips and check-in instructions were on point. The suggestions for great eating options and the bottle of Prosecco was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again
