This boutique hotel is perfectly situated and very nice inside. The staff were wonderful from valet to bartenders to check-in. But don’t expect to get an early check-in. It’s a busy place.

Room and facilities were very clean and convenient for walking around the downtown area. Room was smaller than expected but adequate. Large number of homeless people in the area made us feel uncomfortable. Rooftop area is nice but drinks are way overpriced. $40 for a double vodka on the rocks!

The hotel was great. Staff was awesome and helpful. Would stay again without a doubt. For a small city they have a large metal health/homeless problem. Also although Columbus day is a Federal and state holiday I received a parking ticket because Ashville the city does not acknowledge the day as a holiday.🙄WOKE

So many options within such a short walk.... shopping restaurants and Harraha's Event Center is just a block away. The staff is so extremely friendly and couldn't go out of their way more to make our stay more enjoyable. LOVE THIS PLACE! We will definitely be back..SOON!

Our stay at the flat iron hotel was excellent. First of all, the rate was much lower than what I expected. It would be. This was compounded once we got into the hotel and saw how nice the accommodations were. Obviously, the management has read the book unreasonable hospitality, because everyone operates that way at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Handsome upscale hotel with unique 1920s aesthetic in the center of downtown Asheville. Staff were courteous and friendly. Luminosa Italian restaurant, the rooftop bar, and the downstairs speakeasy were all lovely. I’d recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back again someday.

This hotel has an excellent location in the middle of downtown Asheville, NC. There are excellent restaurants in all directions to choose from. We liked the top floor with several outdoor seating areas and a 360 view of the city. There is a small breakfast venue and evening bar up there also. We had breakfast each of the four nights we stayed at this hotel. Hotel was converted from a former business block and was well done with everything a visitor to the city would require (except an indoor pool). We were here for a family wedding and would stay here again. Many thanks!
