Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Enjoy two Master Bedrooms and a private balcony with downtown and mountain views. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer; shopping, restaurants, breweries, and galleries. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway the location is one that is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

This condominium is pet-friendly. There will be a $75 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

The condo was in a great location close to restaurants, and shopping. It was spacious and well equipped. We ate all our meals out so we did not need to bring any food supplies including condiments, etc. There is significant street noise on the balcony but not problematic inside.

We had a fabulous stay. We can to see the Biltmore. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants for dinner. The kitchen was wonderful for our breakfast and lunch. Thanks for the starter coffee pack, it was a life saver.

Very lovely apartment located within walking distance to downtown and the river arts district. Definitely need to crank up the noisemaker that’s provided in the bedroom. Also, the provided parking spot is super tight. I don’t have a big car and had trouble maneuvering in and out of that super tight spot but luckily, there’s plenty of parking around the building if you have a bigger car. Overall, would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a fabulous Asheville experience.

Nice condo, great location

Only stayed one night, and this condo was perfect. In town for a concert, and was able to walk to the venue as well as restaurants, breweries, and downtown (Wall St, etc). Excellent value. Loved this place and will try to book again.
