From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the service was impeccable. The chocolate chip cookie upon arrival is so appreciated after a long day of travel, and the bed and bedding is sublime. The rooms are clean and well appointed and decorated. The water is always hot for a great shower with Crabtree & Evelyn products. Elevators were always working, which, if you're on the higher floors is not something to be taken lightly. Parking is $25 a night for self-parking, but there's little to be had in Asheville anyway. You can walk to many things from the hotel. The indoor pool is nice and large enough to actually do laps in. All in all, it was a delightful stay. Thank you.

Our stay was easy, clean, and efficient. The two things that could be improved were that there was a $25 per night parking fee which seemed excessive since we parked ourself and this was no destination site. The rooftop restaurant was not the one they picture on the advertisement and they menu lacked salad options. Otherwise I appreciated the clean and well stocked gym and the room was nice.

Fun roof top bar with good view and wine! Shout out to Maintenance man Steve for fixing our A/C one night!!! Reception staff were very good. Would be helpful for them to learn more about Area’s offerings-Outdoor adventures, neighborhood restaurants, bike rentals, go-to bars, etc.
