Check in was smooth & easy. Guest services were were very professional, kind & and helpful. Me & my sisters were there 4 days and all went well! They texted right after we got to our room making sure everything was good & if we needed. A bit later we noticed remote to bedroom tv missing & texted them & they immediately answered & got it to us! Dining room staff was very polite & quick to service! Needs updating. Elevators didn’t work we had to use the stairs(not good for older people). Gym needs newer equipment. Fire alarm went off & we had to call front desk to verify the fire alarm (might need to look into procedures for guests safety) We think breakfast should be included with the stay.

One of the elevators was broken walked down three cordors to get to our room went to take the cart back that elevator was not working! Had to take the stairs from the 5th floor finally got that fixed. The AC in the room would not turn off could not figure how to get it off no adjustments on the AC panel. Found the wall panel hoping that would help then heat came on then AC then Heat then straight to Ac all night was really cold ended up with a headache! Then woken up at 6:15 am to the fire alarm! Carla at the desk said they would credit us or give us Hilton points don’t want a Hilton points not going back. Could not comp us or give us partial credit since we went through Expedia. The property had only one working elevator. The furnishing needed a refurbishment. The breakfast was a disaster. Not enough staff to serve or cook. Food was expensive, limited menu, served cold. We will not be back.
