The hotel was clean, modern and well cared-for. The staff was super friendly and even helped me out of a bind when I needed to print a few pages for a client. I ate at the bar/restaurant. While it wasn't "fine dining" it did hit the spot and I appreciated the cleanliness and prompt friendly service. I will stay here every time I'm in Asheville for business. Thanks for a great experience.

The lobby absolutely reeks of awful, cheap air freshener that smells like bad cologne. It’s an assault on the senses. I had to hold my breath walking on the first floor and I am unsure how anyone decided using that much fragrance in a hotel was a good idea. Management should rectify that immediately - not a good first impression.
