Sisters trip.

The young man at front desk was super nice. Clean room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a variety. Will definitely stay here again.

Room very clean, hotel lobby is inviting, hotel common area well lit and clean. All staff friendly and efficient. Hot biscuit and gravy for breakfast was good! The only negative is the area had many homeless people.

I went to check in after an 11.5 hour drive at 11pm. They inform me that they do not take Sofi cards because it is an electronic bank. That is the only bank and card I have. The manager said their system could not read a Sofi card. My 18 year old daughter was with me so we were going to use her credit card and they told me no because she is not old enough in North Carolina to book a room. I reiterated that I am her mom and can give them my ID and my daughter's and obviously she is not checking in without a parent and the front desk manager still said no, they would not take that either. Then she tells me that any hotel around them would be the same. Exhausted, I'm about to burst into tears. I look up a hotel down the street and called them. I told them I had a Sofi card and he could not understand why any hotel wouldn't take that and booked my room with no trouble and it was actually half the price for the stay. As we are leaving Country Inn, there was literally a drug deal happening in the parking lot but here is the kicker...I got home and Country Inn and Suites charged me for that first night ...on my Sofi card

A nice hotel to stay within distance of many area attractions but far enough away to be in a quiet area. My biggest complaint is the beds. They are hard as a rock.
