Our massive newly built private 700 sq ft observatory deck will keep you captive with the sounds of nature, abundance of fresh air and the awe of the valley, yet 10 minutes (3 miles) from the heart of downtown Asheville. ( Located on a road popular with the local bicyclists, joggers and dog walkers, this house allows guests to enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing the mountain-forest setting.

The space
Our home is a spacious, well-appointed 1960s ranch converted into a private duplex. Guest has exclusive access to the entire upper level, with two private entrances, while the lower level is reserved for owner use only. Everything is private and secured, with no shared indoor spaces. The home is beautifully decorated with local art and furniture.

The Watts are wonderful hosts. The house is very inviting for a larger group -- three bedrooms and three baths, lovely siting area and incredible outdoor deck and million views. Kitchen cooking area is a bit cramped but it has all that you need.
