This is the perfect little place for an Asheville getaway. It’s close to everything, very clean and well stocked. You can watch the sun set over the mountains from the screened porch.

Clean, charming and well appointed home, conveniently located to downtown Asheville. I would not recommend this house for seniors because there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the toilets are very low. Young families would be best to rent this property.
