No one came to clean our rooms until late on the on the third day. The room was old and needs very uncomfortable. Light in bathroom l bathroom didn't work and the towels were left for us on a shower chair!! Really gross. The pull out bed is a tiny twin and too small for a grown up. We asked for a topper or something to put on top so you couldn't feel the hard metal and no one got back to us. Phone in the room was so old and dingy. We come to Asheboro every year or 2 and usually stay at the Hampton Inn. I wanted to try something different but lesson learned. We will not be back.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and daily breakfast were great extras. The pillows are horrible. The whirlpool was broken. The outdoor area, by the pool is a nice space, but even though our room was on the third floor, when multiple people are out there the noise can be clearly heard in your room.

Good but one issue—-

Decent stay. Breakfast was good. Kickback Jacks- Good nearby restaurant. The rooms could use some updating. The bed was nice. One major complaint: the pillows. All were terrible and offered no support even tripled up. I had to use a closet blanket and towel to assist the pillow to get comfortable . I didn’t call the front desk to resolve it … it was late. Best of luck!

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well, there was still hair in the tub, and there was something on the countertop in the bathroom. The room itself was clean looking. The room was a bit in the pricey side, but it was a good stay overall.
