Welcome to beautiful Upperud located in Dalsland, 4 km from Åsensbruk, where nature is the most beautiful. Upperud is a smaller community with café, restaurant and with beautiful nature around. The cottage is incredibly nice with views of the lake and with access to its own dock. The jetty is shared with the homeowner who uses the jetty during the summer. The garden is leafy and is set apart elevated on a small plateau above the lake. The house is older and charming with simple and homely decor. You are welcomed into a small hallway with the kitchen directly to the left. Here you have a view of the lake. Directly to the right is the living room with a fireplace that is not in use. From the room you have a view of the water and there is a sofa bed that is 160 cm wide. Behind the sofa are mattresses for those who wish for more comfortable comfort. Next to the room is a small hallway to the bathroom with shower and WC. In the hall, a small door opens up to the upper floor. Upstairs is a loft and a room with two single beds that can be easily moved together to a double bed. During the months of June, July and August, the owner offers electricity costs. The cottage has a nice view of Lake Vänern's clear water. The house has two canoes for rent. This is booked on site. Take the purple path down to the bridge and jump in or go down from the bathing ladder. In the area there is a small sandy beach further afield. On the main road a stone's throw from the house is a charming hotel with a restaurant and rights called Upperud 9: 9. Why not take a walk away to the Dalsland Art Museum and enjoy coffee and beautiful things. In Håverud, there are plenty of different restaurants and canals worth visiting. Dalsland is a must and must be experienced. It is absolutely amazing! For info: Due to previous excavation work, the owners have sown new grass in front of the house that has not yet had time to grow properly. Welcome!
