Summary:
Tucked away down a little lane, this charming two-bedroom cottage is a peaceful little hideaway with its own private front garden and parking for two cars. Sitting just behind the High Street and nicely positioned between Sunningdale and Ascot train stations, it’s a great base whether you’re here for a weekend, a work trip or settling in for a few months.
The Space:
Inside, there’s a comfortable open-plan living and dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds, with one offering a clever zip-link option that can be turned into two singles — handy for families, friends or colleagues who aren’t quite ready to share a bed!
A little heads-up before you arrive: this isn’t a brand-new cottage or a pristine show home. It has been lived in and enjoyed, so you may spot the odd scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. What it does have is plenty of charm, comfy beds, fluffy towels, whizzy Wi-Fi and everything you need for an easy short or longer stay.
The kitchen is properly equipped for those who fancy cooking, and yes, there’s a corkscrew in the drawer — because we have our priorities straight. Once your reservation is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details and for you to sign our House Rules. Then it’s simply a case of unpacking, putting the kettle on and making this cosy little cottage your home for a while.
Guest Access:
You have the run of the entire house. Please note the back garden/patio area belongs to the flat above - the garden at the front of the property is allocated to the property.
