The accommodations are located in Asciano, an excellent base for exploring the stunning rural landscape that characterizes the southern part of Chianti.

The interior layout is as follows:

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The best way to visit Asciano and the surrounding area is by car.

The property is located in Asciano, an ancient village nestled in the vast Crete Senesi, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The village is a treasure trove of art and history, with its monuments and two highly acclaimed museums: the Palazzo Corboli Museum and the Cassioli Museum. The former houses, across its three exhibition floors, a rich collection of works organized into two sections: Sacred Art and Archaeology. The Cassioli Museum, on the other hand, is dedicated to 19th-century Sienese painting, and inside, visitors can experience the magical atmosphere of the Academy of Art and the studios of the era’s leading artists.

Many of the trails of the “Crete Senesi Life Park” radiate out from the historic center; the park was created to allow visitors to fully experience all the charm of this truly unique region.

Nestled in nature, between the villages of Leonina and Mucigliani, lies the Site Transitoire, which offers a breathtaking spectacle at sunset. Accessible by bike or
