Our vacation rental is located in the beautiful Münsterland region, near the “100 Castles Route.” Our area is especially popular with hikers and cyclists, as the surrounding castles and bike paths are always worth a visit.
Our cozy, ground-floor, non-smoking apartment, measuring approximately 85 square meters, is located just a few minutes’ walk from the town center in Ascheberg-Herbern (with an Edeka supermarket, bakery, stationery store, post office, etc.). The vacation rental features two single beds in the newly renovated bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing ample space for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a microwave, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. The kitchen also features a dining area for 4 people. The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, bathtub, and a hair dryer. The separate restroom has also been recently renovated. The bedroom contains two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe that includes a TV. In the cozy, renovated living room—which is equipped with satellite TV and adjoins the dining room—you’ll find a sleeper sofa where a third person can stay if needed. The ground-floor vacation rental features a terrace with patio furniture and a grill for enjoying pleasant summer evenings.

With two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed) in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the vacation rental offers enough space for 3 people.(A fourth person can also stay in the dining room.) Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi access are included. There is also a TV in the bedroom. The apartment was renovated in 2021!
Crib available upon request; high chair available upon request. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
Check-in is available on the day of arrival starting at 3:30 p.m. At the end of the rental period, the tenant must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. and leave it in good condition.
