Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Schwierig finde ich, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Dafür war es die Woche eindeutig zu heiß die Luft zirkuliert in den Räumen nicht. Wenn man die Terrassentür auf hat nachts, wird man natürlich relativ früh von den Vögeln geweckt. Anders ist es aber nachts nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Störend dann fand ich den Bewegungsmelder, bei größeren Bewegungen geht das Licht im Flur an. Ist natürlich problematisch, wenn man zu zweit im Zimmer ist und nachts die Terrassentür auf hat. Insekten im Raum vorprogrammiert. Die Sauna sah super aus, hab ich aber nicht genug. Das Frühstück war solide, wenn gleich ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewesen wäre. Abendessen war auch lecker. Preis pro Nacht in Summe dann doch etwas zu teuer. Meines Erachtens nach, andere Gäste haben sich über den Service beschwert. oder mehr Gründe gefunden :) Bei mir wurden zwar Wiederhold auch Sachen durcheinandergebracht, aber aus meiner Sicht halb so schlimm. Wie gesagt, alle waren super freundlich, dann nehme ich das eher mit Humor

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage / 2 Übernachtungen mit HP im VAYA Zillertal. Das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir allerdings vom Service im Restaurant. Das Buffet wurde teilweise nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt und man erhielt unterschiedliche Aussagen zu fehlenden Speisen – ein Kellner sagte, es werde gerade nachproduziert, eine andere Kellnerin meinte später, es sei bereits alles für den Abend aus. Auch bei fehlenden Tellern oder Gläsern musste mehrfach nachgefragt werden. Besonders schade war der Umgang mit dem Geburtstag meines Mannes am Sonntag. Zwar war unser Tisch dekoriert, sodass dem Hotel der Geburtstag offensichtlich bekannt war, jedoch gratulierte niemand vom Service oder sagte ein paar freundliche Worte. Am Montag konnten wir dann beobachten, dass andere Geburtstagstische zusätzlich ein kleines Stück Torte mit Kerze bekamen und persönlich gratuliert wurde. Das hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht, da wir uns hier dieselbe Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht hätten. Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente und sehr sauberen Zimmern – beim Restaurantservice sehen wir jedoch noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Frühstück leider erst ab 7:30 Uhr. Wer früh auf die Piste möchte, hat nur kurz Zeit für ein Frühstück. Parkplätze sind teilweise ein Stück entfernt - und das trotz Gebühr! Ansonsten alles bestens.

Mooi met hout ingerichte kamers met aparte douche en aparte toilet. Met balkon met mooi uitzicht. Autoparkeren is goed geregeld. 4 minuten rijden naar hochzillertal baan. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijttafel. Avondeten is daarentegen wel wat karig qua keuze en volume.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer super, Essen lecker, Service beim Abendessen sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Einzig und allein der SPA Bereich könnte echt mal ein Update vertragen. Insbesondere das Hallenbad sollte man mal neu fliesen - der Innenpool hatte irgendwelche komischen Flecken am Boden. War nicht einladend. Saunen sind ok, aber auch eher "Old School". SPA Bereich ist auch viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste - hier muss man früh da sein. Aber ist bei allen VAYAs so. Parkplatz auf dem Schotterplatz ist verhältnismäßig weit weg (und mit Anstieg). Man sollte sich um einen Parkplatz im der Tiefgarage oder hinter dem Haus bemühen.

Unterkunft: sauber, gemütliches Bett, Kaffeemaschine u. Wasserkocher dazu vorrätig Kaffeepads u. Teebeutel, Bademäntel, Saunahandtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel etc. Frühstück: sehr schönes Buffet. Abendessen: vielfältige Salatbar, jeden Tag 2 verschiedene Suppen mit selbstwählbaren Zutaten, danach wurde der Hauptgang serviert und zum Schluss Dessert. Man wählt morgens beim Frühstück aus drei Optionen (jeden Tag anders Fleischmenü, Fischmenü u. Vegetarisch) seinen Hauptgang. Das Essen war jeden Tag hervorragend für den Gaumen und fürs Auge. Die beiden Pools u. die Textilsauna befinden sich im 1.OG. Der Wellness Bereich (Saunen 85*C, 65*C u. Dampfbad) befindet sich im 4.OG. Aufgrund der recht hohen Geräuschkulisse im Pool (Kinderspass) ist die räumliche Trennung der beiden Bereiche gut durchdacht. Das einzige was man bemängeln muss ist der Ruheraum, er ist zwar schön mit schönem Ausblick, aber leider zu klein, sodass einige Saunabesucher keinen liege oder gemütlichen Sitzplatz finden konnten. Am Ende muss unbedingt noch das Personal gelobt werden, egal in welcher Funktion, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank

Die Bereitstellung von Parkplätzen auf dem hauseigenen Schotterparkplatz wird mit 8 € pro Tag berechnet; diese Preisgestaltung erscheint im Verhältnis zur angebotenen Leistung als überhöht. Der Wellnessbereich ist nach meiner Einschätzung für die Anzahl der untergebrachten Gäste nicht ausreichend dimensioniert. Insbesondere besteht ein erkennbarer Mangel an Liegen, was die Nutzungsmöglichkeit erheblich einschränkt. Das Frühstück ist hingegen als äußerst gelungen zu bewerten. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig, die angebotenen Speisen sind frisch und geschmacklich hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, in einem sehr guten Zustand und erfüllen die Erwartungen an ein zeitgemäßes Unterkunftsangebot.

Die Zimmer und das Personal an der Rezeption sind sehr gut, was man leider vom Personal im Restaurant nicht sagen kann. Beim Frühstück kam das Personal fast nicht hinterher. Beim Check-in sagte man uns, dass wir einen Tisch für unseren Aufenthalt zugewiesen bekommen würden. Wir standen gute 5 Minuten rum und wurden vom umherlaufenden Personal ignoriert - sehr schade. Auch hat uns unser Kellner kaum verstanden und man kann nicht sagen, dass dieser freundlich gewesen sei. Wir entschieden uns daher das Abendessen lieber auswärts einzunehmen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr gut.
