Our lovingly furnished chalet offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can feel completely at home. Surrounded by the idyllic natural beauty of the Chiemgau Alps, it’s the perfect place to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy precious moments with your loved ones. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted. For your added convenience, we offer free Wi-Fi. Outside and nearby: You can conveniently store skis, bicycles, or a stroller in the attached shed. There is a loading zone right next to the house for loading and unloading. The vacation home also has a free parking lot within walking distance.
Welcome to our Gollbichl vacation home—a place where the whole family can feel right at home! With 95 square meters of space, our vacation home offers plenty of room to spend relaxing days with your family. It has been furnished with great attention to detail and combines high-quality wooden furniture with a cozy and natural atmosphere. Your home away from home—the floor plan: On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (188 x 204 cm) that open directly onto the balcony. Here, you can start your day with fresh mountain air and enjoy the view of nature in the evening sun. There’s also a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering plenty of room and comfort. A loft with an additional sleeping area (90 x 200 cm) rounds out the upper floor and is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The first floor features an open and inviting layout: Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and other essential cooking utensils. The open-concept living and dining area features a cozy dining nook with a corner bench—a perfect spot for long meals, conversations, and games—as well as a large, comfortable couch for reading and relaxing, complete with a large, internet-enabled flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings, as does underfloor heating throughout the first floor, which ensures additional comfort. The first floor is conveniently complemented by a separate restroom. On the sunny terrace, you can wind down at the end of the day and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the apartments. Family-friendliness is a top priority for us! We’ve thought of everything to ensure that families with small children feel right at home. A wide staircase with child safety rails, child-proof outlets, a crib, and a high chair are provided so you can enjoy a carefree vacation.

Our vacation home is also an ideal starting point for exciting excursions: located south of Munich, you can visit the cultural city of Salzburg, take a boat ride on Lake Chiemsee, or discover the glamorous slopes and promenades of Kitzbühel—all within an hour. Variety and adventure are guaranteed.
