Detached house in an elevated, quiet location in the Höhenberg neighborhood, with a magnificent view of Aschau and the Kampenwand. A sunbathing lawn next to the house invites you to relax. Thanks to its beautiful location on the outskirts of town, it’s about 2 km from the town center and 1 km from the Orthopedic Children’s Clinic. Café Pauli, with its beer garden, is just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for a break. Our working farm is located right next door, so unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed.
