Beim Betreten des Gebäudes fühlt man sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Lange Ausschlafen geht mit offenem Fenster nur bedingt, da die Straße und die Müllabfuhr (3x pro Woche) recht laut sind. Die Hochbetten sind sehr praktisch und bieten viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Lage unterhalb vom Schloß ist sehr schön und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
