The KampenWinkel vacation rental is a beautiful, cozy duplex apartment on two levels (68 sqm) with two large balconies and a fantastic view of the Kampenwand—perfect for gazing into the distance, daydreaming, and letting your mind wander. Both balconies are well-equipped with lounge chairs and seating and dining areas. The apartment is located in the sun-drenched part of Aschau, a 10-minute walk from the center. The house is on a quiet street; after 50 meters, the fields begin, along with many valley hiking trails. Whether you wake up to the morning sun over the mountain scenery or gaze at the starry sky at night, anything is possible! In front of the house, there is a free parking space included with the vacation rental and a lockable garage for bicycles.
The non-smoking KampenWinkel vacation rental for up to 4 people on the 1st floor is a beautiful, cozy duplex apartment on two levels (68 square meters) with two large balconies and a fantastic view of the Kampenwand. On the upper level (2nd floor / attic) you’ll find the bedroom with a French bed (1.40 x 2 m), a living room with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a small workspace, and a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2 m / slatted frame), as well as the bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower with a glass door, and a toilet. It also includes a washing machine and a hair dryer. Downstairs (1st floor) in the kitchen-living area is another comfortable Roset sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2 m / slatted frame). You’ll be staying in a spacious living area with an open kitchen that is fully equipped and offers all the amenities, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle. Important to note: The vacation rental is not wheelchair accessible, as there are two sets of stairs leading to and inside the apartment. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

Aschau provides all the shopping options you need for daily necessities and many restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. A supermarket, bike rental, and bakery are within walking or biking distance. For foodies and golfers: Two golf courses (Prien and Patting) and three Michelin-starred restaurants are located in Aschau, Frasdorf, and Leitenberg, all within a 15-minute drive. (Remember to make reservations in advance.) A boat ride—that’s fun…... Lake Chiemsee, with its boat tours, boat rentals, water sports (Felden, Prien-Stock, etc.), beaches, and the Prienavera—a large water park—is just a 20-minute drive away and can also be reached by bike.
