The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people and is on two levels. The ground floor consists of a modern and stylish living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, dining room with table and chairs, two double bedrooms with quality mattresses, small fridge and bathroom with shower and bidets, in one of the rooms there is a comfortable sofa bed. The first floor, reached by a modern wooden staircase, is composed of two double bedrooms with quality mattresses, small fridge and bathroom with shower, bidet and hair dryer. The exterior is characterized by the presence of a private parking and a private garden with panoramic views of the sea and the Archaeological site of Elea-Velia.
