The house features 4 spacious bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (one on the ground floor), one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. Ideal for families or groups of friends! There are two modern bathrooms, including one on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) lets you prepare meals just like at home.



Underfloor heating keeps the ground floor cozy, while upstairs radiators powered by a heat pump provide gentle warmth year-round. A secure bike garage is available, perfect for exploring the region’s many cycle paths.



Outside, enjoy a jacuzzi for your relaxation and a large wooden terrace with garden lounge, table, chairs, parasol, and a wood barbecue. Use of the jacuzzi is available for an additional fee.



The house is ideally located: 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, 10 minutes to shops, and 20 minutes to the port. You’ll find all amenities nearby, including bakeries, restaurants, a local market, shops, and boat rentals. The port is also the starting point for many excursions to the Gulf of Morbihan islands or Belle-Île-en-Mer.
