Bright apartment with a large terrace of more than 20 m2 with a sea view behind the wooded park, nature, with children's games, mini golf, ponies (July August), tennis courts, and the beach just behind, with direct access, without any road to cross.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor from the park, but from the parking lot you have to go down one floor. 1 staircase leads down to the park and the beach just behind. (large beach of the fogeo)

It has a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a Bz 2 people (140x190 cm in the living room)

Disliked: Cleanliness
Emplacement idéal, proximité plage, commerces. Environnement agréable grand parc. En revanche comme dans le commentaire du mois de juin 2025 mauvais point au niveau de la propreté. Nous avons dû nettoyer en arrivant. Matelas du canapé lit taché. Grille de Barbecue rouillée. L'appartement est un peu vieillot mais cela se voyait sur l'annonce donc pas de surprise. Manquait un seche cheveux qui etait mentionné dans l'annonce. Place de parking dédiée mais la plupart du temps déjà occupée.
