The Villa delle Aie develops on two levels for about 235sqm and consists of: living room with fireplace, kitchen / dining room, 2 master bedrooms with private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms, further 3 bathrooms, tavern with kitchen, laundry room and three covered verandas. The furniture is of excellent quality, with the typical flavor of country houses, ideal for making all moments of the day comfortable.
The garden of about 3000sqm with typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub and floral essences, houses a large swimming pool reserved for the guests of the villa (open from April 15 to October 30) surrounded by a sun terrace, ideal for relaxing and refreshing in the summer months.
Equipment: three car parks, external lighting system on the whole property, access by automatic gate, heating system with radiant elements, air conditioning in the two master bedrooms, grill / barbecue, Wi-Fi internet.
