The property is located in Cala di Volpe, one of the most renowned destinations for luxury tourism, and boasts a private garden and an incredible ocean view—ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay! <br><br>The property consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a beautiful veranda. <br><br><br><br>Two on-site parking spaces!<br><br><br><br>The space <br><br>The 115-square-meter detached villa is located on the first floor (accessible via stairs) of a condominium with a shared pool. <br><br><br><br>There are steps inside. Please exercise EXTRA CAUTION if you are traveling with small children.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br>- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, a desk, TV, dining table, split A/C, and access to the veranda and private garden; <br><br>- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; <br><br>- BEDROOM I with two single beds pushed together, closet, split A/C, access to the private bathroom and the veranda; <br><br>- BATHROOM I (inside Bedroom I) with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; <br><br>- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, split A/C, access to a private bathroom and the inner patio; <br><br>- BATHROOM II (inside Bedroom II) with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and access to the inner patio; <br><br>- INNER PATIO with a small table and chairs; <br><br>- COVERED VERANDA furnished with a dining table, armchairs, lounge chairs, and a sofa; <br><br>- Private garden; <br><br>- Community pool. <br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room and both bedrooms), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. <br><br>Cots and cribs for children are available upon request and subject to availability. <br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split-system units.<br><br>POOL HOURS:<br><br>From June 1 to September 30, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE. Please note that access to the complex requires passing through a gate. <br><br><br><br>Two parking spaces: 1 covered and 1 uncovered, also suitable for SUVs.<br><br><br><br>Guest access <br><br>The entire villa is at the guests’ complete disposal!<br><br><br><br>Additional details to note <br><br>Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website. <br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br
