Wonderful house in Cala di Volpe, the real Costa Smeralda, partially restored by Paola Navone who is carrying out a modernization project. This year we rent with the bathrooms completed, new mattresses in all bedrooms and comfortable sofas both in the living room and on the terrace. All the comforts with breathtaking views of Cala di Volpe and the Gulf of Marinella.
A few minutes of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia and the golf club.

What makes Costa Smeralda unique in addition to its infinite beauty, is membership in the Consortium and all services. With our card, you can access the reserved parking areas of the beaches of: Romazzino, Liscia Ruja and Pevero. A truly exclusive privilege in the high season.

It is a typical construction of the Emerald coast of 150 m2, 1 suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, one double and one twin with another bathroom. A large living room with direct exit to a beautiful terrace where dinners, lunches and barbecues can be organized and a garden of more than 1000 m2 of Mediterranean scrub.
