We stayed there for a night after our safari as we were flying the next day. It’s ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are fine, not the best but good for the price. It’s just not an hotel to stay in for the day. We had to stay longer as our flight was late afternoon the next day. But you can see that they dont usually get people staying more than the night. They didn't have much on the lunch menu available. The lunch we ordered was very basic (pizza) too long to get it and when we got our food, it was cold. Staff hotel is nice tho. Good service. When you pay the bills for diner or lunch, pay with Tanzanian shillings or by credit card in Tanzanian shilling. Dont pay in USD, the conversion rate they use is not fair. We saved 15$ USD by paying credit card instead of USD cash price he was giving us. The rooms are clean enough, they could have clean the windows outside as it was very dirty, but for the price we paid we didn’t mind it. We are not very picky on these things.

This lodge is Beautiful and clean!! We stayed in the giraffe single suite. You get a queen size bed the bathroom has a whirlpool tub and shower is separate. Food is 24hrs breakfast is buffet style with a omelette station. Our laundry was done for less than 10 bucks and was neatly folded. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a good service.

Good property but away from town. Service was not very good. We wanted to go to town and safe was not working. We asked few times and waited for maintenance to come. Nobody showed up. Also, I wanted to get laundry done. Front desk called outside service for laundry. She asked me to give laundry without giving the cost. She kept on saying it won't cost much. When I ask, how much t-shirt would cost? First she said one dollar, second later two dollars and said not sure. I wanted to talk to laundry person to get cost and she wouldn't allow me to talk to him. Finally, I decided not to give laundry without knowing price.

Ideal für einen Stop over nahe Arusha Airport

Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend.
