We didn't understand that we had to arrange our own airport transportation. Italian restaurant Chicken parmesan seemed to be made from a slicing machine, never saw so little chicken. Had to wait in line for Steak restaurant or get turned away, while elite guests who had their own private restaurants were reserved in our restaurant. Not enough details about entertainment, and night music was too loud. Inclusive snorkel equipment should be at least daily, not for one hour and have to check in every hour.

My husband and I loved staying at Riu antillas despite a couple of bumps like the door key that kept breaking everyday we had to go to the front desk and had it reset and we had to wait a whole day to get our shower gel. Those are little important things but the big things were just perfect!

Great bargain for the price! However, Aruba hotels do not offer any type of shuttle services for outings and the taxi service is a bit of a rip off.

The room was nice. Not to be deceived by the photos- my ocean view wasn’t quite what I expected but beyond the unpleasant view, the housekeeping staff continued to ensure my needs were tended to. The choice of food at the buffet was delicious. I dined in the Elite restaurant for a friend’s birthday dinner; while it was nice, there were better options on the buffet however the small, intimate ambiance was nice. Overall with regards to the location, the service and the competitive rates- I’d definitely return.
