Our family trip included three kids (11, 7, 4) and they all had a blast. Pool/beach amenities were great and the kids really loved the slide which was fun for adults too. Food was great and service was outstanding as expected. We plan to visit again in the future and will be highly recommending to friends and family.

An exceptional property in the heart of Palm Beach, perfectly situated within walking distance of outstanding restaurants and shops. While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, they were clean and comfortable. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, well-maintained, and truly enhanced the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Overall had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt! Pool and beach setup was perfect for young kids. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and accommodating. Could use some live music/entertainment in lobby but otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and amenities, all restaurants were great, service was great (except one day when our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned at 4:30pm, so our garbages were very full and the coffee and cream wasn’t restocked). The spa was also very nice, albeit much more expensive than expected for similar properties. I would highly recommend staying here.
