Waking up to the sound of the waves will be the daily routine in this house for 6 guests with access to the sea and private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere.



Fancy a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean? It doesn't get any easier than this; a wooden gate gives access to the natural rocky beach and the sea. At about 10-15 minutes walking distance there is a natural sandy beach, where you can enjoy nature and tranquillity. If you like walking, you can take a trip to Son Serra de Marina and eat at the Sunshine Bar, where they serve Mediterranean food. In Colonia de Sant Pere, 1 km from the villa, there are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Further north is Betlem and Cala Na Clara, a dream place for kayaking. A 15 minutes drive away is Can Picafort, where you will find supermarkets, petrol stations and many leisure possibilities. Rancho Grande, 10 km from the house, offers horseback riding excursions.



In the morning you can cool off in the private chlorine pool or take one of the four sun beds and enjoy the first rays of sunshine. The pool has a size of 1.8 x 3 metres and a depth of 1.4 metres and invites you to take a dip in the evening, as it is illuminated. Afterwards, a good breakfast and off to the beach! Back home, there is nothing better than preparing a barbecue and eating on the porch overlooking the pool. For this, there is a barbecue at your disposal. The porch leads to the bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and access to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle, pantry with washing machine and much more. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The first floor offers two bedrooms with sea or mountain views. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and highchair on request.

Heating cost (optional): 1.15 Eur / fuel oil for the central heating, to be paid pending on consumption.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
