Colonia de Sant Pere, an idyllic fishing village in northern Mallorca, is surrounded by the sea and mountains. A short walk takes you to the boardwalk with restaurants and cafés and to the town’s city beach. Nearby is the village of Betlém, where you can go kayaking or paddleboarding. If you’re looking for beaches, there are endless options: natural beaches like Son Serra de Marina or Cala Torta, or more urban beaches like Can Picafort or Son Moll in Cala Ratjada. The area is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, as it’s close to the Llevant Natural Park, which offers many trails. There’s a small grocery store in the village. Additional amenities can be found in Can Picafort or Cala Ratjada. A car is recommended.

The apartment features two cozy, air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the second with two single beds. In the loft, which opens onto the living room, there is another double bed. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is another separate bathroom that also features a shower. For added convenience, a hair dryer is provided for guests. There is a small terrace with a gas grill to enjoy on summer days.



The living room, which opens onto the dining area and kitchen, is air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals to share. Additionally, a washing machine is included for your convenience during your stay. With Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment and a TV for additional entertainment, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay. This apartment is especially well-suited for couples with children, as it can accommodate up to 2 additional children, providing more than enough space for everyone to feel at home.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called the Ecotasa, which must be paid for each adult. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person during the high season (May through October) and 0.55 EUR per night per person during the low season (November through April). Starting on the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



Parties and events are not permitted.



The security deposit will be held via a credit card, and the guest will need to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be refunded within 7 days after checkout.
