Our house is located on a farm with a fantastic old house completely renovated, with pool, garden, ..., in one of the best paradises of Mallorca: the beautiful and quiet town of Artà.

From the farm you can access different charming places in the Northeast area of the island such as Capdepera, Canyamel, Cala Mesquida, Colònia de Sant Pere, the hermitage of Betlem, Artà ... where you will enjoy a very varied and excellent quality gastronomic offer, as well as enjoy its virgin beaches such as its mountains and monuments.

Its location and its amenities is ideal for a family vacation.
And if you are a nature lover, you like hiking, cycling or running, you will have everything at the same door of your new home. The Vía Verde, which connects the towns of Artà with Manacor, passes through 200 meters, passing through Son Servera, Son Carrió, Sant Llorenç. All the route without bothering the traffic.

All this is only 50 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca (50 minutes by car), with its always majestic monumental buildings, such as La Seu (the Cathedral), the Palace of l'Almudaina, the gardens of S'Hort del Rei or Bellver Castle.
