This 90 m² house, tastefully decorated, offers a bright and warm living space.

From the entrance, you will discover a welcoming lounge, arranged to offer you maximum comfort with a large sofa, a television so you don't miss your films and sporting events, and a dining area with a large table for you to gather around a good meal.

Next to it, the independent kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to reveal all your culinary talents. You will find everything you need: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster and all the utensils you may need. All in a functional and pleasant space, perfect for cooking as a family.



Outside, enjoy the enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a convivial meal in the open air thanks to the barbecue provided.
