Six-time SuperHosts welcome you to the Central Coast! Clean, comfortable coastal glamping in the countryside. Enjoy the central coast at a low price but with plenty of space in this 32 foot-long trailer RV home. Country living neighborhood with plenty of eucalyptus trees, birds and various other wildlife nearby. Hosts are on the same property about 30 yards away and can make sure you enjoy your stay and answer any questions you might have but make sure to respect your privacy.
If getting a good, comfortable, quiet night's sleep is important to you...but so is saving money, you found the perfect place. Super clean, comfortable beds, pull down shade curtains, lovely country setting to ensure you get a wonderful night's sleep, and make some memories while you're here. Fully stocked coffee bar, private patio with bistro set and bbq, grassy area with flowers, lend itself to rest and relaxation as you listen to the birds and enjoy the space away from the city. When you're ready to play we're just a 15 minute drive to Pismo Beach and just 5 minute drive to 3 golf courses and great hiking trails. Movies, board games and lawn games provided for a fun time to make memories. We have been Superhosts 6 times and have wonderful reviews about the thoughtful touches throughout our property.
TV inside is a smart tv and has Netlix, Prime, YouTube, etc.

House Rules
No pets, no smoking, and no loud noise after 10pm and before 9am- out of respect for our neighbors.
We have a strict no smoking policy. ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside or on the property. This includes vape and marijuana. We have had too many instances of stained sheets from vape liquids, as well as smoke/marijuana smells lingering in the home from even those smoking only outside. Thank you for your understanding.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The property was wonderful…great location for everything we planned on doing. Great place to stay for a couple. We would stay there again in the future.

Although we were very happy to be allowed to check in earlier then 4:00 pm We had arrived in town around 2:00 pm We discovered that both of the reclining chairs were broken and would not recline , The hideaway bed couch was missing a mattress and could not be used ,ants in the bathroom and the floor was very soft and sinking in places which made it very uneven to walk on .The bed in bedroom.was also elevated too high up and made it very difficult to get in and out of , which resulted in my wife using one of our coolers as a step stool This was our second stay and was quite a disappointment from the first time 3 years ago . We will not be returning

Perfect

Trenda and Joe were so kindly accommodating when we had an unexpected family situation. Their trailer was absolutely perfect and sweet. Very clean, we didn't have a single issue, everything was in working condition. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
