The house is very close to the town, with 2 floors, with a private pool, garden, playground, barbecue, ping-pong table and sports courts.

On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and TV. There is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub. It has a terrace with armchairs and a table to enjoy an aperitif.
