Experiencia absolutamente inaceptable. Eviten este alojamiento.Mi entrada estaba prevista a las 15:00. Llegué a las 17:40 y el cajetín de las llaves estaba abierto y vacío. Tras llamar a VRBO y a la propietaria, me abren desde dentro y me informan de que el apartamento aún no está listo porque hay que limpiarlo. Me hacen esperar en un salón común sin acceso al apartamento ni wifi (nadie sabía la clave). Después de casi media hora, veo salir a los huéspedes anteriores de mi apartamento. Aún tuvieron que limpiarlo y pedirme esperar más para que se secara el suelo.Dentro, más sorpresas: utensilios de cocina de IKEA… pero de la sección infantil, tamaño juguete. El agua caliente dura apenas unos minutos; imposible ducharse con normalidad.Lo peor ocurrió el día de salida. Siguiendo instrucciones, dejé las llaves dentro y salí. La puerta del edificio se cerró y me quedé atrapado en la escalera, sin llaves y sin salida a la calle. Llamé a la propietaria más de 20 veces y no respondió. Tampoco VRBO logró localizarla. Estuve más de 45 minutos encerrado, sin ventilación, a punto de perder mi vuelo, hasta tener que llamar a Policía y Bomberos. Entonces, por fin, llamó: no contestaba porque “era su día libre”.Grave falta de profesionalidad y de seguridad. Solicité compensación y la respuesta fue inexistente.Si no quieren problemas, estrés y riesgos innecesarios, eviten este alojamiento.
