Casa del Charco 2.1 and Casa del Charco 2.0 are located in a privileged place... in the best place in Arrecife and one of the best on the island of Lanzarote, in the mythical and spectacular Charco de San Ginés, which is an inlet of open sea to an area that has formed a natural "inland lake" of salt water, with fluctuations of tides, where the fishing boats of the locals rest. It is a magical place in a unique, very particular and exclusive environment, where very few have the pleasure of enjoying direct views over the Atlantic Ocean.
The place is a constant surprise for the visitor, and invites you to discover it on foot while you get lost in its streets of the historic center.
Whether you like to walk, the beach, play sports or just sit and enjoy the surroundings, this is a perfect place for it.
In the Plaza de la Iglesia de San Ginés, (Patroness of Arrecife) a market of local crafts and products is held every Saturday, among which are local fruits and vegetables, or wines, as well as local pastries.
This entire area is pedestrianized and currently, the Charco bay has become a place with small bars and restaurants, where you can have tapas and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, with live music and art samples in exhibitions and museums.
Playa del Reducto is 5 min. of the House of the Puddle. You have the option of walking along a promenade that runs parallel to the sea and that in total has more than 15 km, while enjoying places of interest such as the Castillo de San José and the famous and emblematic "Puente de las Bolas".
It really is a place that does not go unnoticed or indifferent.

Modern, bright, spacious and with a very original decoration, designer kitchen.
It is a house for 2 people.
It has two large terraces directly on the sea..... one of them with a super BBQ.
Sitting to enjoy the views is one of the pastimes that the house offers, and this is free, both during the day and at night, where the show is served and it is totally different... every day a show.
The photos do not do justice to the house, nor to the sensations that can be experienced in it. Our guests are delighted and always with the impression that their stay has been short. At Casa del Charco 2.1 you have the possibility of living, for a while, in Paradise on earth... 'Lanzarote land of contrasts', an explosion for the senses of those who visit us; sun, sea, sand and lava.
In Lanzarote you have the possibility of practicing almost any type of activity related to the sea, as well as hiking, horseback riding or camel riding, cycling, etc. or simply visit the island and its magnificent corners, enjoy its food and its hospitality. of its people; and even relax in one of its many spas and thalassotherapy centers. Lovely Apartment in Central Arrecife

Excellent location, wonderful views overlooking the El Charco lake/ lagoon - great aspect, sunny front terrace. Very close to many good bars and restaurants. A friendly helpful and accommodating host. Good sized apartment for a couple. Good wi-fi connection and I was able to log into my UK Netflix account on the TV. All the equipment one requires to self-cater, including a washing machine. Beach towels were supplied. A secure garage below is available to rent if required (which we did for a few days).
