Our first time staying at this hotel, check in was very friendly with a nice glass of cava, our suitcases were delivered to our room, the reception area was very festive with Christmas decorations.
We had hired a car and the ONLY parking available is an underground carpark which the hotel has an arrangement with the parking company that you pay 10 Euros a day which we think is a bit annoying when you have paid good money to stay at a 5 star hotel, we had to pay 70 Euros for the week.
Our room was on the 11th floor facing the sea, so we had an amazing view over the sea and Fermina. The beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good, there was a nice comfortable sofa and a large TV, The room was spotlessly clean.
The A/C fan was noisy but it didn't affect our sleep.
We were bed and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were very attentive and the restaurant was spotless.
On the 17th floor there is a restaurant with amazing views over the city, we dined there a few times and the food and service were excellent, on some nights there is also live entertainment which is good quality. On level 2 there is an indoor heated pool and snack bar which is also very good, there is a sun terrace here too overlooking Reducto Beach.
On the ground floor there is an A La Carte restaurant called Azhar, which we dined in one evening it was also excellent with outstanding service.
We will definitely book again!
