The staff/owner was very friendly. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Parking spaces were close to the main door and well lit. The entry to the parking/ front door of hotel quite narrow to get into off the street. Parking fee was 14 € not the 10€ as stated on Hotels.com. There was breakfast for 16€ which we declined but there was no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Plenty of restaurants nearby though.

We were very happy with our stay here, everyone we encountered was helpful and eager to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a month on their bed. The hotel is quiet and we had no interruptions. The room was clean and bright. There was no shampoo or soap on offer, which we would have considered a basic amenity. We had breakfast and it was excellent. We thought it a good value. We would recommend this location to anyone. The on-site parking was most helpful. We would return to The Dome without hesitation.

I just stayed two days at the hotel with my wife and two older children. The location was fantastic and surprising quiet. It’s an older building with lots of character. The staff was very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Arras.

Hotel is currently being renovated but the main building has been completed and the rooms are very well presented. We arrived several hours early but this was not a problem and we were shown straight to our room. Attached to the hotel is a really nice restaurant with an excellent menu. The only may be limited parking, especially when the renovations are completed.

Close to the train station and central with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room was a good size, comfortable and very quiet. Starting to show some wear. Everything was adequately clean except I felt the tiles in the bathroom shower were dirty, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. What was outstanding about this place was the lovely light haired woman who was so warm and friendly even though she did not speak much English. We were very grateful she accommodated a luggage issue we had.

The hotel is close to train station. It is new modern and clean. The staff were not available for check in. Recommend setting up check in directly with hotel prior to arrival. Come and go once you have your key. I would recommend staying here.
