Composed of 2 bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, large living room (sea view) with two double sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom and balconies overlooking the sea of Praia Grande. Building with elevator, 1 (one) parking space, caretaker. Small pets are always welcome and at no extra charge!!!
