The space: The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and two portable fans, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and living room are equipped with Smart TVs and have sliding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen includes a stove, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and kitchen utensils. From the balcony, we have a view of the pool and Praia Grande beach. We have one parking space available for the tenant. -In case of lack of care or misuse that causes damage or loss of objects or any item provided to the guest, the guest is aware that they must reimburse the owner for the monetary value of the same at market price.

- If early check-in or late check-out is required, a fee equivalent to 80% of the daily rate will be charged, falling under the rule of service up to 8 hours; beyond that, the full daily rate will be charged. Check availability.
