It comprises a pleasant 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed is also available. You'll enjoy a large, private terrace (approx. 35 m²) with unobstructed views over the park. A private parking space is also included. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) will be provided. Your bed will be made up on arrival.
