This newly refurbished property consists of a luminous living room with excellent pool and sea views, dining area and Plasma TV set, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is a separate independent room for washing machine, boiler, ironing and cleaning materials. Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 4 people. SUITABLE for elderly guests as there are lifts available.

Only 50 min drive will take you to the Volcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro-Parque in beautiful town of Puerto de la Cruz.
