Parque Santiago II 272 - Two Bed is a two-bedroom duplex apartment situated on this popular complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. The apartment is in a great location on the complex as it enjoys panoramic views from the balcony. Although, on the 3rd floor there is lift access, so the apartment would be suitable for families with children or for people with walking difficulties. It is a modern apartment that has been refurbished to a high standard with wifi internet. From the balcony patio doors lead back in the spacious lounge which is comfortable furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences including an oven, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and bedside lights. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds, bedside tables and bedside lights. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC and washing machine. The apartment also has fans, a security safe, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board.



Lead guest should be 25 years or older. Maximum occupancy would be 4 adults and 1 child, not 5 adults. No groups of all males or all females. No groups of mainly under 25 year olds. Families preferred.
