Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle. Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner. The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too. We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room. Easy drive to MXP airport too.

Fabulous view

Busy road location but excellent parking and spacious room with a wonderful view across the lake when we paid a small upgrade. There's a narrow footpath to the various restaurants and bars along the banks of the lake.

The hotel was centrally located . Easy shopping and lots of dinning options around. The only comment is the AC in the suit kept turning off as if on timer which I had to wake up every 1-2 hrs to push the bottom back on.

Property was lovely and great value for money. The beds were changed everyday and the views over the lake were incredible!!! The breakfast was good with enough options to keep most people happy. Can’t complain at all about the stay. The view is what made it for us!

Lovely hotel and views

The hotel looks pretty bad and run down from the outside, but inside it is lovely and warm and welcoming, it looks like it's had a refurbishment. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. Best views from a hotel I've had for years too. I couldn't fault the hotel other than outside appearance.
