This beautiful designer home on the beachfront is located in an exclusive complex with a spectacular communal swimming pool and solarium area. It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, desk and Wifi Internet. It is divided into two floors, on the upper floor, it has a spacious bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom, two single beds joined together, air conditioning, Smart TV, desk and access to a charming balcony. On the ground floor, from where it is accessed, there is a nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need open to the cozy living room. It has a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan, 40" Smart TV and direct access to the wonderful terrace with stunning views of the sea and the pool, where you can have breakfast and relax while gazing at the ocean. It has all the amenities you may need and is located on the beachfront, with restaurants, supermarkets and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos and Las Americas close to the flat.
