It features two swimming pools: one for adults (one heated) and one for children, a garden, Restaurant bars and supermarket daily activities for the children and direct access to the promenade and beach. This apartment is ideal for those seeking relaxation, remote work, or simply to enjoy the tranquility and year-round pleasant weather.
The shopping centre with all you need is literally one minute walk from the complex and mercadona supermarket 10 minutes walk
It is available for weekly, monthly, or seasonal rentals, with prices varying depending on the duration and time of year.
