We are a company with years of experience dedicated to holiday rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in the different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and must be notified at least two days in advance to contract it.Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. They will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm. If a guest wishes to check in after this time, they will have to pay € 25 in cash before entering the apartment.Accommodation:Charming and characteristic rural house renovated and located in Arona just 5 km from Los Cristianos, in the elegant LA CHAYOFA neighborhoodIn this tourist complex we find this beautiful Rural House composed as follows: Living room with sofa BED and SMART TV, it also has a kitchen area and complete with all comforts.It has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. It has a full bathroom with tub, shower and bidet.

It also has a washing machine for the exclusive use of guests.

All spaces are well lit. The Real Added Value is a large terrace accessible from the living room fully equipped with large tables, Barbacoa to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy lunches and scenes in the open air.The complex has a communal swimming pool.

There is no parking.You can park for free on the street.

The swimming pool is for community use. Sun loungers cannot be reserved.
